Hi members of the Sarnia Photographic Club,
Ethan Meleg will present a one day seminar titled "Inspired by Nature" in Sarnia on Saturday, May 26th, 2018. By means of illustrated seminar and live demonstrations, Ethan will share his passion and artistic approach for outdoor photography with inspiring photos, humorous stories, tips and practical techniques.
Morning: Wildlife, birds and other living things.
In the morning, Ethan will share his journey of becoming a nature photographer, emphasizing the key ingredients for success: becoming a nature nerd (getting to know your subjects), learning to use your gear like a pro, developing good field techniques and how to consciously create artistic photos. Ethan will reveal all the secret tricks that nature photographers do to get their shots.
Afternoon: Landscapes and Travel
After lunch, Ethan will focus on how to make stunning landscape photos with dramatic light, amazing foregrounds and depth of field. He'll also take you on a visual adventure with a travelogue designed to illustrate how to create amazing photos when you travel, avoid getting robbed by thugs and when to avoid eating street meat in third world countries.
There will be time throughout the day for questions and one-on-one interactions with Ethan to help you get the most out of the sessions.
